RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS!

Want to make a return!? No problem! We want you to LOVE your purchases and be fully satisfied! Follow these easy steps below:

  • Email stylebysoho@gmail for your return to be approved. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Accessories, seasonal items, and anything discounted 30% or more is final sale. No exceptions.
  • Once your return is approved, items must be returned within a 30-day time frame. Meaning, the item must be back in hand to us within 30 days of purchase including allotted shipping times. This is for online orders. Our regular 14-day policy applies to all in-store purchases. 
  •  Shoes purchased in-store are final sale. Shoes purchased online have a 14-day return window. If purchasing shoes online, you will complete the above approval process. 
    • Once your return is approved, items must be returned within a 14-day time frame. Meaning, the item must be back in hand to us within 14 days of purchase including allotted shipping times.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the item. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. If possible, email us at stylebysoho@gmail.com with a tracking number so we know when to expect your return.
  • Returns must include the Return Approved Invoice Form when returning. 
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5 days for us to process your store credit to your account.
  • Returns will be issued as a store credit on whichever platform the item was purchased. If purchased in-store or on our Shopify website, your store credit will be issued there. If you purchased through our CommentSold App, your store credit will be issued there.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your issued store credit.


Refunds
We only issue store credit for returns at this time. Even though your item didn't work, we hope that the next time you shop you will be able to find something you'll love & feel good about!
